So its been a while but i'm back with a Prom Eye look, i didn't do a whole face tutorial because the look is so neutral (despite the fact its a bit on the Dramatic side with all the glitter lol) you have free range to use whatever color lipstick/lipgloss/lip pencil and blush/bronzer, it'll all match!! the video might have been a little long because i had to slow down and explain but its actually an easy look to do and super fast to do, So here's the scoop...
